New Changes to Our Grading System:
From September 2018, we will conduct "Sho", "Mon" & Kyu Gradings at all our Events.
This is to enable Students that have genuinely been unable to attend, to Grade at the next one.
Brown & Black Belt Gradings will be conducted in June & December.
Our new method of Grading, incorporates a "Mon" level, with 4 public Grading dates available in each year, allowing the vast majority of Students to Grade at each point of progress and to be better prepared.
The "Mon" Grade will have a Stripe to the Main Colour, Students will then progress to the "Kyu" Grade, which will be a Full Colour Belt. There will be 3 months to prepare for the Grading and Students will only be expected to complete around ½ Syllabus content on each Grade, plus an added Fitness & Stamina Module.
In line with the current UK Educational System, this process has a proven record towards better marks and creating a greater level of pass, which in turn helps produce a higher quality Kickboxing Student.
ALL Gradings will be held at Shögun Headquarters in Swansea.

Dan Grades (Black Belts)
Gareth Evans celebrated St. Davids Day in true fashion today.
Passing his Nidan (2nd Dan Black Belt) with another gruelling Grading at H.Q. in Swansea.
Totally drained, following the 1 hour and 40 minute test of his skill and endurance,
he emerged victorious to add the extra step on that coveted "Black Belt".
Just look at that sweat!
Very Well Done!
